80's Baby

Not that I'm a college student anymore, but when I was a resident scholar at good ole Tufts University I didn't tend to boast a fat wallet. So I got a good college job managing the event-staff of students for Tufts' department of Student Activities. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't the hardest job I've ever had by a long shot. Hanging out with my friends at concerts, dances, and group events is fun, especially when your getting paid. My last year at Tufts, though, the Office of Student Activities ended up having some budget cuts and lowering our already-miniscule wages. I just found out why and it sure aint pretty.
